Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee staffing and operational activities at the CMOP facility.
  • Provide comprehensive organizational support and assistance to pharmacy staff.
  • Manage recruitment, training, and development of a skilled and efficient workforce.

Qualifications

  • Preferred 3-5 years of management experience in medical logistics or distribution.
  • Advanced degree in business, logistics, or a related field is advantageous.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach overhead during the work shift.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs from floor to waist level.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance.
  • Must be able to push or pull with a force of 30 lbs.
