Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at TeamBuilders Behavioral Health. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing psychosocial assessments, consultation, care coordination, and crisis intervention services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions for assigned clients
  • Develop and monitor treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Provide education and support services to clients and their families
  • Collaborate with community resources to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience working in Behavioral Health, preferably with SMI/SUD/COD adults
  • New Mexico licensure in one or more of the following: LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, LMSW, LMHC, LPAT
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in electronic health records
