Job Summary

The Clinical Therapist at TeamBuilders Behavioral Health plays a vital role in providing high-quality care to adults, children, and families. This position requires a Master's Degree or Doctorate in a related field, plus experience in Behavioral Health, particularly working with SMI/SUD/COD adults. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, colleagues, and community members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments, consultations, and care coordination for assigned clients.
  • Develop and monitor treatment plans, providing individual, group, and/or family therapy as needed.
  • Function as a clinical member of the multidisciplinary team, providing treatment, rehabilitation, and support services.
  • Collaborate with program managers, coordinators, and staff to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree or Doctorate from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Guidance and Counseling, Psychology, or a related health field.
  • Experience in Behavioral Health, with a focus on SMI/SUD/COD adults.
  • New Mexico licensure in one or more of the following: LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD, LMSW, LMHC, LPAT.
  • Thorough knowledge of community resources and the ability to establish positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Computer literacy and the ability to maintain compliance with BHSD Standards and requirements.

Compensation and Benefits
