Our Richmond Headquarters is seeking an experienced Global Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to ensure seamless production schedules and efficient supply chain operations. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to monitor inventory levels, address inefficiencies, and maintain compliance with GMP regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Scheduling: Estimate material, equipment, and labor needs to develop detailed production schedules that balance demand and capacity.
  • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with procurement, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure timely delivery of necessary materials and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track materials usage, and coordinate with the supply chain to prevent shortages and minimize excess.
  • Compliance: Ensure all production planning activities comply with GMP regulations and internal quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 2 or more years of experience in manufacturing, inventory management, or supply chain logistics
  • Associate's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent work experience
  • Experience working in an ERP system
  • Knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP) and related software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and production scheduling techniques
  • Familiarity with ISO certification requirements

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $25-28.50/hour salary
  • Full-time position with 40 hours per week
