About the Role:
KIDdesigns, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Designer to join our design team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for the design and development of new products within our licensed toy and consumer electronic brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new products that meet the company's quality and innovation standards.
- Research and define new product opportunities that align with the company's business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design intent and integrity is maintained throughout all stages of product development.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current technology, fashion, and lifestyle trends to inform design decisions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Communicate design ideas effectively both verbally and visually.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Industrial Design, Toy Design, or related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Solidworks, Illustrator, and Photoshop applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with focus on schedule and deliverables.
