Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Blue Yonder Transportation Management System (TMS) Product Manager to spearhead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of our TMS product.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of transportation management systems and experience in product management, with a focus on leveraging the Blue Yonder TMS platform to optimize logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Blue Yonder TMS platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize product features and enhancements based on market needs and business goals.
  • Work closely with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and translate requirements into product features and improvements.
  • Drive the product development process, including defining requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and overseeing the delivery of new features and enhancements.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and product innovation within the Blue Yonder TMS space.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Blue Yonder TMS, providing guidance and support to internal teams and customers.
  • Monitor product performance and usage metrics to identify areas for optimization and growth, and drive initiatives to improve customer adoption and satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on transportation management systems or logistics software.
  • In-depth knowledge of Blue Yonder TMS and its capabilities, with a track record of leveraging the platform to drive operational efficiencies and cost savings.
  • Strong understanding of transportation and logistics processes, including carrier management, freight optimization, and supply chain visibility.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with agile development methodologies.
