Job Overview

Amazon is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our IT Services team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to Amazon Corporate employees. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a corporate setting, troubleshooting Windows, Mac, or Linux Operating systems, and supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, the candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience with Windows Server technologies, such as AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM, DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP.

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive technical support to Amazon Corporate employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant IT policies and procedures.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers for assistance.
