Housekeeping Professional

Job Summary:

PruittHealth is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team. As a Housekeeping Professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cleaning services to ensure a clean and hygienic environment, adhering to facility policies and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, as well as clean bathroom sinks, fixtures, and toilets.
• Clean glass surfaces, dust and damp clean surfaces, and move furniture to clean behind and underneath.
• Prevent and remove wax and dirt buildup in corners, around baseboards, and in doorways.
• Change soiled privacy curtains and draperies, and remove and re-hang curtains and draperies for outside windows.
• Turn bed mattresses after cleaning.

Requirements:

• No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training is provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in healthcare housekeeping or environmental services is preferred.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption is required by date of hire.
