About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Attendant to join our team at InTown Suites. As a Property Attendant, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any safety or security concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with minor maintenance issues and report any major concerns to the General Manager or Regional Operations Manager.
  • Ensure that all guests are authorized to access the property and that all vacant rooms are secured.
  • Document all inspection rounds and incidents on the Property Attendant Checklist and note any issues on the Daily Action Plan for General Manager's investigation.
Requirements
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret information found in a variety of internal hotel information.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write in an efficient manner to interact with guests and staff.
  • Ability to self-supervise and work with limited supervision.
  • High school diploma preferred but not required.
