About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Attendant to join our team at InTown Suites. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol the property during off-hours to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff.
  • Live on-site and be available for on-call duties between 5-6 days per week, as determined by the Regional Operations Manager and General Manager.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of the property to identify and address any safety or security concerns.
  • Respond to guest needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and over the phone.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest lists, vacant rooms, and any incidents that may occur.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Regional Operations Manager to ensure the property is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Ability to read, understand, and interpret information found in various hotel documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
