We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Attendant to join our team at InTown Suites. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Patrol the property during off-hours to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff.
- Live on-site and be available to respond to emergencies and guest needs on a rotating on-call schedule.
- Conduct thorough inspections of the property to identify and address any safety or security concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest lists, vacant rooms, and any incidents or issues that arise.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
