Job Title: Office Operations Coordinator

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

Job Description:

The Anxiety and Agoraphobia Treatment Center is seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to manage daily office activities and provide exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless office operations and supporting our clinicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front desk operations, including greeting visitors and clients, managing phone calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with clinicians to resolve client issues and perform basic office tasks.
  • Assist with office management tasks, such as coordinating schedules, maintaining inventory, and handling correspondence.
  • Utilize SimplePractice electronic health record platform to send client forms, update client information, and track progress.
  • Support marketing efforts and assist the practice director as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, including Google Drive and Zoom.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.
