Job Summary

We are seeking a Building Services Manager to join our team at Holladay Properties. As a Building Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our properties, including buildings, grounds, and equipment. You will also be required to develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and safe for tenants and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

This is a leadership role that requires strong communication and organizational skills. You will be working closely with our facilities team and external contractors to ensure that all properties are maintained to the highest standard.

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience and location.
