About the Position

We are seeking a Building Maintenance and Services Technician to join our team at Kirkpatrick Management Company. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, including electrical and plumbing repairs, carpentry, and general maintenance. You will also assist in the refurbishing of vacated units, prepare supply inventories, and maintain the maintenance area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have strong communication skills. You will be expected to perform work orders in a timely fashion, repair electrical and plumbing issues, and replace broken fixtures and appliances.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
