Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Relationship Development: Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty through the use of CRM tools.
  • Product Recommendations: Provide tailored product recommendations based on clients' requirements.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve monthly sales quota through repeat client business and development of new clients.
  • Business Growth: Develop business growth by focusing on key product pillars.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with your co-workers to deliver a seamless and outstanding client experience.

Requirements:

  • Customer Satisfaction Management: Strong customer satisfaction management skills.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Client Relations and Customer Service: Strong client relations, customer service skills, and outstanding hospitality expertise.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, and holidays.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree or above required.
  • Work Authorization: Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Language Proficiency: Native or working proficiency in an additional language other than English.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in luxury retail, jewelry industry, or hospitality.
  • Product Knowledge: Knowledge or qualifications in luxury watches, jewelry, and/or hospitality services.
