Quality Assurance Manager

Hanwha Aerospace USA LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Glastonbury, CT. As a key member of our Quality function, you will be responsible for ensuring that all activities associated with the Quality function are conducted in accordance with the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with experience in leading internal and external audit activities, managing quality planning and control processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support internal and external audit activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement quality planning and control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
- Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure it is effective and efficient.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in quality planning and control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
