Compelling Opportunity for a Clinical Leader in Eating Disorder Treatment

The Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC team is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Director to oversee clinical operations and provide leadership for the treatment of adults with eating disorders. Located in West Linn, OR, our premier residential treatment program offers a comprehensive approach to restoring physiological and nutritional balance, promoting healthy eating and exercise habits, eliminating harmful behaviors, and fostering motivation and engagement in the recovery process.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the intake process and ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations.
  • Support clinical staff training and development.
  • Foster effective communication among clinical teams.
  • Recruit and interview new employees.
  • Attend clinical and administrative meetings to share information inter-departmentally.
  • Work collaboratively with program leadership to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Licensed to practice clinical discipline in the state of Oregon.
  • CPR certification required.
  • At least one year of experience working with eating disorder clients.
