Salary

$90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Clinical Director in overseeing 24-hour management of clinical functions for a residential treatment program.
  • Provide leadership to clinical staff, assist with admissions, marketing support, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement plans for performance improvement, provide supervision for staff development, and facilitate communication with ancillary services.
  • Recruit and interview new employees, attend clinical and administrative meetings, and work collaboratively with program leadership.
  • Ensure clinical staff meets educational/licensure requirements, prepare for Joint Commission and state audits as needed, and formulate standards for patient care.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related services field, preferably knowledgeable in eating disorders.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience with eating disorder clients.
  • Licensed to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as applicable, required.
