Nurse Leadership Manager

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading our team of nurses to provide high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance, coaching and mentoring them to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.

Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is $47.98 - $75.94 per hour. This includes additional compensation for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Overseeing clinical staff performance
• Coaching and mentoring clinical staff
• Developing and implementing clinical best practices
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
• An Associate Nursing degree with at least 3 years of recent RN experience
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
• At least 3 years of experience managing complex patients or completion of an RN Ambulatory Residency program
• Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff in an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment
• Preferred qualifications include experience working in an ambulatory setting, providing progressive leadership, and developing clinical staff education and competency development programs.
