Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Micro Systems Engineering, Inc. (MSEI). As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our medical devices and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and continuously improve our Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality
  • Establish and implement protocols to minimize or prevent defects
  • Lead efforts related to data traceability, reporting, and communication with customers and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in EE, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, or related technical disciplines
  • Familiarity with defects found in high reliability electronic assemblies
  • Knowledge of data retrieval and statistical analysis methods
  • Strong verbal, written, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
