Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.

  • System Design and Development

Lead the design and development of systems, ensuring that they meet the required specifications and are delivered on time.

  • Technical Leadership

Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology, ensuring that the system is delivered to the highest standards.

  • System Documentation

Develop technical documentation, including system architecture and system design documentation.

  • System Implementation Planning

Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.

  • Communication and Collaboration

Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives to ensure that the system is delivered to the highest standards.

Requirements
  • Experience

Fourteen (14) years of experience as a System Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

  • Education

Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

  • Clearance

Active TS/SCI Full Scope Clearance is required.

  • Subject Matter Expertise

Experience/subject matter expertise in Algorithm Evolution (AE), Post Quantum Computing (PQC)/Quantum Resistant (QR), and/or Next Gen authenticators in relation to PKI and KMI is highly desirable.

Clearance Requirements

TS/SCI with FS Polygraph is required.
