Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze user requirements and concept of operations documents to develop system requirements specifications.
  • Lead design and development activities, ensuring technical integrity and feasibility.
  • Guide users in formulating requirements and advise on alternative approaches.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical leadership for system integration.
  • Develop technical documentation and system architecture documentation.

Requirements
  • ACTIVE TS/SCI with ACTIVE CCA/FS Poly.
  • Twenty (20) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
