LSINC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion across North America and beyond.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers and leads.
- Maintain an active pipeline of sales opportunities and consistently follow up with prospects.
- Build strong, lasting connections with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Utilize market knowledge and competitor analysis to articulate LSINC's unique value propositions.
- Assist with quotations and support the negotiation of terms and pricing to successfully close deals.
- Attend industry events, such as trade shows and conferences, to network and gather insights on market trends.
- Represent LSINC with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
- Keep your calendar and our CRM platform updated with all current activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track progress and share insights with the team.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall sales strategy and effectiveness.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A passion for sales and eagerness to learn about the printing industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and market conditions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Travel required.
