Job Description

We are seeking an Assistance Coordinator to join our team at Community Thriving LLC, a residential provider committed to excellence.

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Support Client Needs: Provide assistance with daily living activities, ensuring clients' health and safety needs are met.
  2. Collaborate with Administration: Communicate ongoing care results and updates to administration, maintaining open lines of communication.
  3. Develop Daily Plans: Work with individuals to develop daily plans, promoting independence and autonomy.
  4. Maintain Living Environment: Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment, adhering to safety standards.
  5. Accompany Clients on Outings: Travel on SEPTA with specific individuals, providing support and assistance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Background: Previous experience in personal care or related fields, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients, and a caring and compassionate demeanor.
  • Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience may be required.
