What We Provide
The City and County of Denver offers a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. The hourly wage for this role is $34.14. Additionally, we provide a robust benefits package for full-time employees, which includes:

This position requires in-person attendance five days a week, with potential assignments at various branch locations based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
The Department of Finance oversees the city's financial management, including investment strategies, fiscal analysis, budgeting, and tax collection. The Denver Motor Vehicle (DMV) division acts as an agent for the State Department of Revenue, handling vehicle registration and titling, as well as the collection of associated taxes and fees.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to Denver residents regarding their motor vehicle inquiries. Your role will involve assisting clients with vehicle transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing guidance on documentation.
Specific duties include:
- Receiving training on motor vehicle policies and procedures to effectively process titles and registrations.
- Participating in educational sessions to understand state motor vehicle regulations.
- Gaining expertise in calculating various motor vehicle fees and taxes.
