We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Motor Distribution Customer Service Representative to join our team at Integrated Power Services (IPS). As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in the motor distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective customer service to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Act as a technical resource to address and resolve complex customer problems.
- Support the outside sales organization and OEM partners with customer inquiries, quotes, and vendor management.
- Process customer orders, investigate and resolve customer complaints, and coordinate customer service objectives with shop operations.
- Provide customer and sales correspondence, tracing of shipments, order processing, customer credits, and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Sharp analytical thinking and reasoning abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and take appropriate action.
- Must be extremely detail-oriented with sound problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and maintain a high degree of organization.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
