Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Motor Distribution Customer Service Representative to join our team at Integrated Power Services (IPS). As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in the motor distribution industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective customer service to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Act as a technical resource to address and resolve complex customer problems.
  • Support the outside sales organization and OEM partners with customer inquiries, quotes, and vendor management.
  • Process customer orders, investigate and resolve customer complaints, and coordinate customer service objectives with shop operations.
  • Provide customer and sales correspondence, tracing of shipments, order processing, customer credits, and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • Sharp analytical thinking and reasoning abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and take appropriate action.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented with sound problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain a high degree of organization.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
