Job Description: As an Underwriting Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the risk management insurance market through education and training. This internship program provides opportunities to test career choices without making a permanent commitment and connect with professionals in related fields. You will have the chance to develop your skills through real-world scenarios and applications.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 per year

Key Responsibilities: As an intern at Amwins, you will be responsible for developing core skills and personal attributes applicable to the professional world. These skills include analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication. You will also learn from experienced professionals and develop a network of contacts in the field of risk management.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be considered for this internship, candidates must meet the following requirements: be enrolled at an accredited college or university, pursue a Business degree or related program, and maintain a GPA of 3.0 or above. Preferred qualifications include strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
