Job Summary

The Agency Asset Manager I will be responsible for managing collateral risk for both Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate and 2+ years of experience with loan asset management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee progress on collateral restoration projects with heightened risk.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce risk associated with collateral restoration.
  • Work with key stakeholders to set expectations which ensure compliance with all loan documents and Agency guidance.
  • Manage release of funds through review and approval of periodic draw requests.
  • Aid in training and managing of junior staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate.
  • 2+ years of experience with loan asset management.

Salary

$80,000 - $110,000 per year.
