We are seeking a committed event service specialist to provide outstanding service to our patrons. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a premium dining experience during events, upholding high standards of operation and guest satisfaction.

  • Deliver exceptional table service and hospitality in event spaces
  • Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders with meticulous attention
  • Professionally represent the establishment while engaging with guests and industry partners
  • Comply with Health Department regulations and possess knowledge of food, beverage, and wine offerings
  • Effectively address customer inquiries and resolve issues
  • Assist with the setup, cleanup, and breakdown of events as required
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED is preferred
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service is highly desirable
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance
  • Must demonstrate punctuality and reliability
  • Ability to work varied schedules
  • Basic English proficiency is required
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
