As an IT Risk Advisor at ShiftCode Analytics, you will play a crucial role in providing operational risk expertise and guidance to various divisions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operational Risk Expertise: Deliver expert advice and oversight to support enterprise and divisional partners. Develop and maintain risk frameworks that facilitate risk identification and mitigation.
  • Technical Risk Guidance: Offer expert-level IT risk advice for critical software, middleware, and hardware projects across multiple platforms.
  • Efficiency Management: Oversee the effectiveness of technical risk management, setting measurable goals and enhancing overall risk management standards.
  • Thought Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of technical risk management strategies aligned with departmental objectives and standard policies.
  • Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with business units to optimize processes and mitigate risks, leveraging industry best practices to design effective controls.
  • Client Relationship Development: Build strong relationships with enterprise and divisional clients to understand their ongoing risk management needs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assess existing controls and recommend improvements, utilizing best practices to enhance technical standards and methodologies.
  • Project Participation: Engage in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in IT risk management
  • Familiarity with IT frameworks, including AI
  • Relevant cloud certifications
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects
  • Knowledge of IT general controls
  • Ability to analyze dashboard metrics
