Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team at the State of Montana. As a key member of our Healthcare Facilities Practice, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our healthcare facilities, ensuring the effective management of our budget and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the budget process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions to the Governor's Office.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to departmental staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with legislative and executive branch officials to advocate for departmental interests.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of senior-level fiscal management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
