Job Title: Oncology Account Manager

Join Kyowa Kirin, Inc. as an Oncology Account Manager and play a critical role in establishing the company as a leader in Oncology and Rare Diseases. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving effective hospital system and account planning, management, and selling processes. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with healthcare providers, identifying key stakeholders, and developing business plans to drive sales volume within assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the oncology and dermatology centers in assigned regions, identifying and mapping key stakeholders and patient flows.
  • Understand and apply knowledge of the health care industry, trends, market conditions, and market access environment within the Oncology and Dermatology market space.
  • Support market access needs when necessary.
  • Review and analyze product performance within accounts and take and/or evolve actions as appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical account management experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience within institutional, oncology, or rare disease sales.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
