Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team at ABB. As a Sales Specialist - Blending and Formulation, you will be responsible for selling products, systems, and services to end users and Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC's) with a focus on reaching profitability targets for BL Blending.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell products, systems, and services to end users and EPC's
  • Establish and maintain effective customer relationships
  • Prepare sales plans using ABB authorized tools
  • Perform regular status reviews and propose recovery plans in case of any potential order shortfalls
  • Create added value for the customer and ABB
  • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Engineering or related technical field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in blending and formulation systems
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in blending and formulation systems, preferably in the Paints and Adhesives market
  • 3+ years of experience in Account management, business development, and adoption
  • Proven customer experience success
  • Experience of engagement with paint, resins, adhesives, lubricant, and grease customers
  • Pulp & Paper experience is an added value
