End-of-Life Care Specialist - AccentCare

AccentCare seeks a dedicated Hospice Nurse Practitioner to provide patient-centered care in Kirkland and Federal Way, WA. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients and their families to ensure a dignified end-of-life experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate care to patients in hospice settings
  • Collaborate with patients' families to address their needs and concerns
  • Work closely with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care

What You Need to Know:

Requirements:

  • Graduated from an approved school of professional nursing
  • One year experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred
  • Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of agency operation
  • Active DEA license in the state where care is being provided
