**Salary**
We offer a competitive salary based on years of experience, commensurate with the market rate for advanced practice providers in the Kirkland & Federal Way, WA area. This is an hourly-based position, with compensation ranging from $80-$120 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

**Job Description**
As a Senior Hospice Advanced Practice Provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your expertise and compassion will make a significant difference in the lives of our patients and their loved ones. **Required Skills and Qualifications**
To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Graduation from an approved school of professional nursing
  • One year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in hospice care
  • Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state where care is being provided
  • Active DEA license in the state where care is being provided
  • CPR certification (desired)
  • A valid driver's license for traveling to all business locations
