Key Responsibilities:

1. Acquire a comprehensive understanding of primary contract stipulations and apply this knowledge to project tasks.

2. Assist the Project Manager in formulating and sustaining preconstruction, construction, and project closeout plans.

3. Collaborate with the Project Manager to enhance communication among project stakeholders.

4. Support Project Managers/Directors in the creation of proposals, presentations, and various documentation.


5. Aid the Project Manager in the procurement and coordination of essential project resources, including intra-divisional, interdivisional, and external corporate resources.


6. Gather scheduling details from subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals.


7. Develop a thorough understanding of the project budget and identify potential risks to the budget throughout the project lifecycle.


8. Assist the Project Manager in managing change control systems and policies.

9. Gain a solid understanding of the required quality standards in design and construction, and support quality assurance for the project.

10. Monitor design integrity, quality, and coordinate design modifications for feasibility and adherence to essential documents, timelines, and budgets.

11. Review all shop drawings and submittals.

12. Ensure that project documentation is distributed, reviewed, and archived to comply with project and corporate standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or an equivalent technical qualification.
