The Role We Want You For

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to join our team in the Southeast. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing field operations and construction management of design-build projects. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure adequate resources and timely project delivery.
  • Supervise construction employees and subcontractors to achieve project goals within budget and schedule constraints.
  • Maintain a strong project safety record and commitment to quality.
  • Travel or relocate to job sites as required.
  • Collaborate with project team members to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or equivalent trade experience with progression to management levels.
  • 0-5 years of experience in commercial/industrial construction management, preferably with design-build experience.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to supervise construction employees and subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
