Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume, end-to-end recruitment for various roles across our operational, customer support, administrative, and sales divisions.
  • Source and engage both active and passive candidates, maintaining a robust pipeline of potential hires.
  • Evaluate candidates through interviews to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and align with our company culture.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, job responsibilities, and required skills.
  • Foster relationships with educational institutions and other organizations to enhance our talent acquisition efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or recruitment is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for recruitment events and job fairs.
