Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automated Coating Line Operator to join our team at Talent Strategy. As an Automated Coating Line Operator, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of automated machinery used in the coating process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Operate and monitor automated coating machinery to apply coatings accurately and consistently according to specifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks throughout the coating process to ensure adherence to product standards and specifications. Identify and address any issues that may compromise quality.
  • Material Handling: Handle and prepare materials for the coating process, including loading and unloading materials onto the production line and ensuring proper material flow.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards associated with the operation of automated machinery.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, material usage, and quality control measurements. Complete required documentation according to company procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including engineers, quality control technicians, and maintenance personnel, to optimize production processes and troubleshoot issues.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant vocational training preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience operating automated machinery in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred. Knowledge of coating processes and materials preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Personal Qualities: Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Lift and move heavy materials and equipment as required.
