Hematology Oncology Advanced Practice Provider

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Hematology Oncology team at Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center in Danvers, MA. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide direct care to outpatient patients and promote a collaborative relationship between providers, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure continuity of patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to a panel of patients with hematologic malignancies and solid tumors
- Develop expertise in hematology oncology and stay up-to-date with the latest clinical trials and research
- Collaborate with other professionals within the hospital and clinics to facilitate patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation in patient care
- Masters Degree in Nursing or completion of NCCPA program
- Current licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a registered NP/PA
- Current certification as a nurse practitioner in appropriate specialty to care for adult patients
- 2 Years Advanced Practice experience preferred; prior hematology/oncology experience preferred
