Hematology Oncology Advanced Practice Provider

We are seeking a highly skilled Hematology Oncology Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center in Danvers, MA. As a member of our Advanced Practice Team, you will provide direct care to outpatient patients and promote a collaborative relationship between providers, professional nurses, and administrative staff to ensure continuity of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care to outpatient patients with hematologic malignancies and solid tumor patient populations
- Develop expertise in hematology and oncology fields
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote patient-centered care
- Manage a panel of patients and provide care throughout their continuum of care
- Foster collaboration with other professionals within the hospital and clinics to facilitate patient care
- Masters Degree in Nursing or completion of NCCPA program
- Current licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a registered NP/PA
- Current certification as a nurse practitioner in appropriate specialty to care for adult patients
- 2 Years Advanced Practice experience preferred; prior hematology/oncology experience preferred
- Proficiency with Epic and EMRs preferred
- Familiarity with clinical trials preferred
