Hematology Oncology Advanced Practice Provider
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Hematology Oncology Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center in Danvers, MA. As a member of our Advanced Practice Team, you will provide direct care to outpatient patients and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to promote a patient-centered approach to care.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct care to outpatient patients with hematologic malignancies and solid tumor diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose, and manage patients with complex medical conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
- Masters Degree in Nursing or completion of NCCPA program
- Current licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a registered NP/PA
- Current certification as a nurse practitioner in appropriate specialty to care for adult patients
- 2 Years Advanced Practice experience preferred; prior hematology/oncology experience preferred
- Proficiency with Epic and EMRs preferred
- Familiarity with clinical trials preferred
