Maintenance Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Maintenance Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, providing an exceptional experience for our members and associates.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, cleaning, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and reporting any hazards or incidents to management.
- Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, replacing air filters, and performing other tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
