About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Community Associate. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the community, including administrative tasks, maintenance, and facilities management
  • Collaborate with the community manager to plan and execute events, promotions, and other initiatives to drive member engagement and retention
  • Ensure the community is well-maintained, clean, and organized, and that all facilities and equipment are in good working order
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and community engagement
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Legally eligible to work in the country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
