About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Dish Team as a Dishroom Team Member. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment in our commercial kitchen. This includes performing duties on the dish line, assisting with kitchen prep, and contributing to the overall success of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe and sanitary working conditions are implemented in the dishroom and kitchen areas.
- Perform duties on the dish line, including washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Assist with kitchen prep, including food preparation and storage.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by pitching in where needed and maintaining a positive attitude.
