About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting members, presenting the Orangetheory concept, and working at the front desk to answer phones and assist members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet members and present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers
  • Work at the front desk, answering phones and assisting members
  • Give studio tours and work with trainers to guide new members through their first workout
  • Sell memberships and follow up with prospective clients
  • Handle member concerns and participate in marketing and outreach events
  • Ensure the studio is clean and organized
