Position Summary

The Account Executive role at Blueprint Consulting Group is responsible for the strategic coordination and execution of top-tier commercial lines insurance accounts. This position primarily focuses on managing a book of business, resolving complex client service needs, client marketing, account retention, and assisting with new business development.


Key Responsibilities

1. Manage or direct client accounts/relationships to ensure retention and growth of the book of business.


2. Develop and implement business development strategies to acquire new accounts and enhance existing ones.


3. Manage or direct account renewal and/or specialized marketing, utilizing established markets and developing new ones.


4. Conduct market research, develop strategies, and negotiate favorable arrangements and relationships.


5. Develop and submit marketing materials in accordance with agency standards.


6. Participate in renewal strategy meetings and conduct renewals with the Account Manager, Producer, or another Account Executive.


7. Prepare proposals for new business or renewals, including binding, invoicing, and other documentation.


8. Maintain current information on company automation systems and utilize web-based systems to rate, research, and perform carrier inquiries.


9. Perform receivables/collection activities as directed, including cancellations and reinstatements.


10. May direct workflow and mentor other team members.


11. May have client relations responsibility for accounts not serviced directly.


12. Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
