Real Estate Development Manager

The MH Group seeks a skilled Real Estate Development Manager to lead project teams and manage the development of a large pipeline of projects in Western Massachusetts. As a seasoned professional, you will assist the Director of Real Estate Development in building and sustaining a robust pipeline of impactful projects throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project financial feasibility, including proformas and budgets.
- Communicate with property management and resident services to ensure continuous communication throughout the project.
- Represent The MH Group, building and strengthening relationships with city officials, non-profit clients, and other decision-makers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of project administrative experience in corporate real estate, preferably managing due diligence processes for closing with investors and lenders.
- Excellent financial and analytical skills, including experience with financial modeling.
- Familiarity with non-profits and city government, with the ability to navigate complex client organizations and public agencies.
Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year.
