Job Summary

As a Quality Assurance Inspector at Rittal North America LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the assembly team to improve the assembly process and achieve optimal quality.
  • Conduct final and in-process inspections in the assembly area and provide feedback to the assemblers.
  • Interpret drawings and article text to ensure product conformity with paperwork.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of product specifications and quality standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
  • Ensure all required check sheets are being used and filled out correctly.
  • Perform inspection duties in a timely manner and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Problem-solving ability and experience with hand-held gages and measuring equipment.
  • Computer literacy with a working knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Inspection and assembly experience preferred.

Work Environment
