Director, Business Growth and Expansion

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team at Enabled Intelligence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing complex business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead all sales and business development strategies, programs, activities, and capture efforts to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify and win new business opportunities and customer projects through effective relationship development and partnership establishment.
- Author and submit proposals, quotes, responses to requests for information, and other customer-facing documentation and submissions.
- Represent the company to customers, industry associations, government officials, and partners, showcasing our expertise and value proposition.
- Collaborate with the CEO, CPO, COO, Project Managers, SMEs, and Director of Strategic Missions to drive business growth and expansion.
- 5+ years of experience in government business development in artificial intelligence, machine learning, defense technology, and/or data analytics.
- Strong understanding of US defense and intelligence community procurement, budget, and vendor evaluation processes and practices.
- Applied knowledge of opportunity qualification, capture strategy, customer visits, customer relationship development, relationship development with competitors, and team leadership.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create proposals, customer-facing presentations, white papers, and conference/workshop presentations.
- Ability to work in an inclusive culture with a diverse team, including people with disabilities.
- Top Secret Clearance required (TS/SCI preferred).
- Experience working with defense and intelligence agencies.
- Experience with online tools used by the Federal Government for solicitations.
- Knowledge of the government use, development, application, and maintenance of artificial intelligence tools.
- Military experience preferred.
- TS/SCI Clearance.
